Quality Assurance Framework
We have a well developed Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) to provide a systematic approach for managing the quality of assignments.
Our QAF includes the managing of our clients’ expectations – ensuring that they are well satisfied with the outcomes, that those outcomes are of a high quality and that they have met all the delivery expectations.
The QAF is applied to all assignments regardless of the risk or complexity. It is modular in approach such that small assignments can still benefit from its application and it involves the appointment of a Quality Manager
