Project Management
We provide Project Management services for all IT related projects. The size and scope of the project is agreed at the outset and our clients are actively involved in selecting the best Project Manager from our available staff.
Zephyr PMs are encouraged to, but not required to, be members of the Project Management Institute and like associations. It is the style and approach of the individual that determines whether or not they are selected to join the Zephyr team and not the organisations to which they belong.
Where our client has established Project Management methods and processes in place, we will seamlessly integrate with them. If there aren’t any formal processes in place we can make use of our own well developed methods. These are based on years of experience and draw on a number of sources of information and methods such as the PMI sanctioned Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Prince II, RUP, Scrum and Method One.
